My research aims to develop techniques for analyzing the genomic sequences of various microbes and viruses (bacteriophages) in the environment at the single-cell/single-particle level, to understand their functions and biological behavior. By cross-referencing the genomic sequences, the host region of viruses and the phage-bacteria interactions will be revealed.
