I have conducted genome sequencing, assembly, and annotation of non-model organisms. My work includes phylogenetic analysis focused on resolving topological conflicts between gene trees and species tree topologies using bioinformatics approaches. Additionally, I have performed comparative transcriptomic analyses of non-model organisms through the development and application of bioinformatics pipelines. Currently, my research is shifting toward the construction and analysis of genome-scale metabolic models using computational and bioinformatics techniques.
