To contribute to the extension of healthy life expectancy and the prevention of diseases, we are developing a cell-based evaluation system for assessing the functionality of food- and plant-derived compounds. In addition, we are analyzing functional components using neural cell cultures to support the development of effective strategies against neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia.
